What we do with your details, and what our readings and remedies are — and are not. Both in one place, in plain words.
Only what is needed to do the work and get it to you: your name, your WhatsApp number, your email address if you give one, your birth details, a delivery address when something physical is being sent, and — for vastu — the floor plan and compass photos you send us.
We do not buy lists, we do not scrape contacts, and we do not add anyone to WhatsApp who has not asked to hear from us.
Your name, date, time and place of birth are used to prepare your reading and for nothing else. They are not sold, not shared outside Ishvaa Life, and not used to build any profile of you. They are held so that a follow-up reading does not require you to send them again.
Readings, remedies and support are delivered on WhatsApp, so your messages with us sit in WhatsApp’s own service under their encryption and their privacy terms. On our side, your number is used to deliver what you have bought and to answer you. You can ask us to stop messaging at any time and we stop — one message is enough.
Payments are taken on the website by our payment processor. Ishvaa Life never sees or stores your full card number. We see the order, the amount and whether it succeeded. Refunds, where our Shipping & Refund Policy allows them, go back through that same processor.
The site sets essential cookies so the shop, cart and checkout work — without those it cannot take an order.
We also use analytics to understand which pages people read and where they leave, and when advertising campaigns are running we use measurement tools from Google and Meta to see which ads led to a booking. These tell us about behaviour on the site; they are not used to read anything else about you, and they are never combined with your birth details.
Only the people needed to deliver what you bought: the pandits who perform a pooja commissioned in your name, the artisans preparing an energized item, the courier carrying your parcel, and the payment processor. Each receives the minimum required — a courier gets an address, not a birth chart.
We do not sell your data. There is no circumstance in which we would.
Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Birth details and reading history are kept so your future readings build on your past ones. If you want your details deleted, ask us and we will delete them, keeping only what the law requires us to hold.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it corrected, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to be messaged. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@ishvaalife.com and a person will handle it — there is no form.
Ishvaa Life provides Vedic astrology readings, vastu consultations, poojas and energized products. Our guidance is rooted in the Indian Vedas and offered as spiritual and personal guidance. Every reading is prepared personally from your birth chart, and every remedy we recommend is prescribed from that chart — never picked from a menu.
We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome — in marriage, career, money, health, fertility, immigration or any other area of life. Astrology describes tendencies and timing; it does not override your choices or circumstances. What we commit to is the work itself: prescribed from your chart, performed with proof. Poojas include photo and video proof of the ritual performed in your name.
Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Readings and remedies that touch on health, pregnancy or fertility are spiritual support offered alongside professional medical care, never in place of it. Always consult a qualified medical professional for any health concern, and never delay or discontinue medical treatment because of a reading.
Our readings are not legal, financial or investment advice. Immigration and settlement readings speak to timing and energies in your chart; they are not immigration advice and do not replace a qualified immigration attorney. Decisions about money, contracts, visas or relocation remain yours, made with the appropriate professionals.
Yantras, rudraksha, gemstones, rings and other items sold by Ishvaa Life are spiritual and wellness items. They are energized and prepared for you personally, and they carry no claimed physical, medical or material effect. Gemstone recommendations are made from your chart by a GIA Graduate Gemologist; certification details accompany certified stones.
By purchasing a reading, consultation, pooja or product, you accept that you are choosing spiritual guidance, that experiences differ from person to person, and that decisions you take after a reading are your own. If anything in a reading is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp — we would rather explain than have you guess.
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Ishvaa Life operates from the United States, and this policy and our handling of your data are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
We read charts for clients all over the world. Where the data-protection or consumer law where you live gives you stronger rights than this policy describes, those rights still stand and you can exercise them with us in the same way — one message to info@ishvaalife.com is enough.
