Ishvaa Life provides Vedic astrology readings, vastu consultations, poojas and energized products, prepared personally by Dr. Radhika Aggarwal. Using this website or buying from it means you accept these terms.
You are buying Dr. Radhika’s time and her reading of your chart, and where applicable the preparation and performance of a remedy. You are not buying a result. Our position is stated plainly in the Legal Disclaimer: prescribed from your chart, performed with proof, never a guaranteed outcome.
Every service is paid for on this website before the work begins. Once payment is confirmed you are moved onto WhatsApp, where your birth details are collected and your reading is delivered. Prices are in US dollars for every market.
Your reading is only as accurate as the birth details you provide. Time of birth to the nearest 15 minutes is enough; if you genuinely do not know it, tell us and Dr. Radhika will work with what you have. We are not responsible for a reading built on details that were entered incorrectly.
Readings, scans and reports are delivered on WhatsApp within 48 hours of your birth details arriving — not from the moment of payment. Vastu reports follow within 7 days of your floor plan and compass photos arriving. Physical items take up to two weeks. Full detail sits in the Shipping & Refund Policy.
Prices shown on the site are the prices charged. Gemstones and rudraksha are the exception: their cost moves with the market, so the price published is the $49 consultation, and the stone or bead itself is quoted to you personally once your chart has been read. You are free to decline that quote — the $49 has already bought you the consultation.
Where a reading names a remedy, that is a recommendation drawn from your chart. Buying it is entirely your choice, and declining it does not affect the reading you have already received or how you are treated afterwards.
Live consultations are deliberately limited each month so that every session gets real preparation. Sessions run by video or audio at the time booked. Rescheduling and missed appointments are covered in the Shipping & Refund Policy.
What can be refunded, and when, is set out in full in the Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: work already begun is not refunded, damaged or incorrect items are replaced, and Cosmic Club memberships can be cancelled at any time with one message.
We ask for the same courtesy we give. We may decline or end a booking, and refund what has not yet been worked on, where someone is abusive to Dr. Radhika or the team, asks us to guarantee an outcome, or asks for a reading intended to harm another person. Readings are never performed on a third party without their knowledge for any such purpose.
Everything on this site — the writing, the artwork, the logo, the journal articles and the readings we prepare for you — belongs to Ishvaa Life. Your reading is yours to keep and to act on. It is not for republication, resale or distribution as your own work.
Poojas are performed by trained pandits, energized items are prepared by artisans, and parcels travel by third-party couriers. We choose them, we brief them and we stand behind the work. Delivery timelines once a parcel is with a courier, and customs charges levied by your country, sit outside our control.
We keep the site running as reliably as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Articles in the journal are general education, not a reading of your chart, and should not be treated as personal advice.
These terms may be updated as the business changes. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it. The date below tells you when this page last changed.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of anything you buy from Ishvaa Life, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, and are subject to the courts of Massachusetts.
If the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be signed away, those rights still stand — nothing in these terms is intended to take them from you.
