Ishvaa Life ships energized products worldwide. Most orders go to the United States, Canada and India, and we ship everywhere else on request. Everything is dispatched by Ishvaa Life directly. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing passes through a third-party seller.
Physical items take up to two weeks to arrive from the date your order is confirmed. Readings, scans and reports are not shipped — they are delivered on WhatsApp within 48 hours. Vastu reports are delivered within 7 days of your floor plan and compass photo arriving.
Every energized item is prepared exclusively for you after your chart has been read. A yantra, ring or rudraksha is selected and energized for your specific chart — it is not pulled from a shelf. The two-week window is the preparation, not a delay in posting.
You receive tracking on WhatsApp as soon as your item is dispatched. If you would rather have it by email, say so and we will send it there instead.
Where a country charges import duty, customs fees or local taxes on an incoming parcel, those are set by that country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay us, and we have no way to waive or predict them. We declare every parcel accurately.
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, message us within 7 days with a photograph. We will replace it. Replacement is the remedy for damaged or incorrect items.
Reports, journals and written readings are delivered on WhatsApp — or by email on request — within 48 hours. Nothing is posted.
Readings, Energy Scans, Clarity Readings and Reports are prepared personally by Dr. Radhika from your birth details. The work begins the moment those details arrive, which is why they are non-refundable.
Everything is delivered on WhatsApp within 48 hours. If a reading has not arrived within that window, message us and it will be chased the same day.
Consultations may be rescheduled once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Inside 48 hours, or for a missed appointment, the session is treated as delivered — the time was held and could not be given to anyone else.
Poojas are non-refundable once commissioned, because materials are purchased and a pandit’s time is booked at that point.
You receive photo and video proof of every pooja performed. If a pooja is not performed as arranged, you receive a full credit or a rescheduled performance — your choice.
Yantras, rings, rudraksha and other energized items are prepared exclusively for you after your chart is read. They are not stock items and are not returnable on change of mind. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced — report within 7 days with a photograph.
The $49 paid for an Energy Scan, a gemstone consultation or a rudraksha consultation is credited in full against the prescribed remedy if you go ahead with it.
The credit is applied at the time of purchase. It is not paid out as cash and it does not expire.
All tiers are monthly and can be cancelled at any time with one message. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month already paid for runs to its end.
No forms, no retention call, no questions asked.
Tell us. If a reading did not answer what you asked, or a product arrived in a state you did not expect, message on WhatsApp and it will be looked at by a person, not a policy.
What we will never do is guarantee an outcome. No astrologer can, and any refund policy built on promised results would be dishonest. What you are paying for is Dr. Radhika’s time, her reading of your chart, and the remedy prescribed from it.
WhatsApp is the fastest route and the one most clients use. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours, usually faster.
