That is the whole reason villas are analysed floor by floor rather than as a single plan.
The Astro-Vastu method
Dr. Radhika’s signature approach maps your entire home on a customised Vastu wheel and then reads that wheel against the birth charts of everyone living in it. It is why two families in identical houses receive different reports. A south-west master bedroom is not a rule to be applied; it is either right or wrong for a particular chart in a particular period.
What gets mapped
Every entrance and the direction it faces. Staircases and their placement, which large homes get wrong more often than anything else. Bedrooms and sleeping directions per person. This $999 consultation is for villas and large homes above that, mapped floor by floor — every entrance, staircase, bedroom, water body, garage and garden zone, because a large home has far more places for energy to pool or leak.
Do you need to visit the property?
No. Direction, proportion and placement are all readable from floor plans, photographs and the compass orientation of your entrances, which is how NRI families have their homes analysed. If you would prefer Dr. Radhika on site, an in-person visit is quoted personally — ask us on WhatsApp.
How long does the villa report take?
Seven days from the moment your floor plans, photos and family birth details are received — the clock starts at materials, not payment — followed by a walkthrough call with Dr. Radhika covering every correction.
